Be Encouraged !! We Are Making a Difference !!
An Important Message from Brigitte Gabriel

As you have gotten to know me through our emails and reading my book, you know that I am someone who always looks for the silver lining in everything, and for the positive in every negative. This is what kept me focused on getting out of my bomb shelter as a child. This motivates me to speak out publicly and motivated me to start ACT! for America and American Congress for Truth. And just look at where we are today. People are stunned by our growth.

So when people ask me "can we defeat Islamofascism?" my response is an emphatic "YES!"

I decided today to share with you below some remarkable comments from just a handful of people who email us. (For security and privacy reasons I have not included full names). This glimpse into the impact we are having is so very encouraging to me - and it should be encouraging to you as well. We are not only opening people's eyes and changing their minds, but also creating a powerful grassroots network and bringing them together through ACT! for America.

We receive hundreds of emails daily from passionate and excited Americans. Their words are like water in our desert. It is those types of emails that light a fire under us, that ignite our passion, that give us the energy to continue fighting. It is those types of emails that make us walk with a spring in our steps and joy in our hearts in the midst of a heavy and depressing battle, to fight for our security and the protection of our liberties and our American values.

The impact we are having is great, our progress is phenomenal, and it is all made possible with your help and support. Each one of us has an important part to play no matter where we fit in the big picture: those of you who make the phone calls, write letters, forward emails, show up to protest, call talk radio, and those of us in the office working on programs, working on legislation, meeting with members of Congress, organizing chapters throughout the nation, and me giving national TV and radio interviews. We are all important in this battle. We are a team. I humbly thank you for your time and effort, and for your commitment to our mission to protect America.

Over the next couple of weeks, as you read the ACT! for America and American Congress for Truth emails, please consider making a contribution to ACT! for America or American Congress for Truth. Better yet, I urge you to become a monthly sustainer to ACT! for America. I was a staunch supporter of Palestinian rights and defending Islam, which I believed to be persecuted and misunderstood. I was very active in my protest against the war and what I thought was unfair treatment of Islam and Muslims. I was a very strong, vocal anti-zionist.

I want you to know that you have opened my eyes and I have done a complete turn around. I am now going to call as many government officials as I possibly can and make my voice heard to help other Americans come to the same realization I have.

"There is nothing in this world that I support more than your noble efforts on behalf of my country, my way of life and my freedom. As I e-mailed to American Congress for Truth, I read Brigitte's book and was hooked. I lost my next door neighbor on 9/11, and my wife lost her best friend on that same day. I just met someone who lost her only brother on that terrible day. I vividly remember driving home on the Belt Parkway that day and seeing the plume rising from Manhattan. Arriving home that evening, I was reluctant to clean the layer of dust from my car. The rain did that for me, and also extinguished any hope my wife had that her friend would be found alive. I'm just a working guy in NY, but this is something that occupies my thoughts every day. God bless you all, and please welcome me to the fight."
