Poll Reveals Strong Support
On Issues We're Concerned About
One month ago we completed a nationwide scientific poll of American voters to assess their opinions on a wide range of issues.
The poll of 800 randomly selected voters, conducted by a nationally recognized and respected public opinion company, has a margin of error of +/- 3.46% at the .95 level of confidence.
This means that we have a 95% level of confidence that any result in the survey is within 3.46% either way of what the American voters believe on any issue tested.
So if a response elicited an 80% result, this means we have a 95% level of confidence that the actual percentage of American voters who feel that way is no less than 76.54% and no more than 83.46%.
As someone who has worked around polls and polling for nearly 15 years, and as someone who has been the Vice President of a polling company, I can assure you that by any measure this is a highly reliable, statistically valid survey.

These results should encourage and embolden us. We have a great deal of work to do, but one thing we can be assured of - there are tens of millions of Americans who are ready to side with us as we inform and educate them.
