I Wish You Could Have Been There!

My name is Bruce, and I'm an ACT! for America chapter leader in California.

Last Tuesday, June 10^th, I was privileged to be at an event where over 350 of us got to see and hear Brigitte Gabriel outline the threat we are facing and what we can and must do about it.

Rarely have I seen so much excitement, hope and enthusiasm as I saw in the crowd that night. I can honestly say I felt empowered.

I wish you could've been there.

I first met Brigitte at a small, private event in February. After hearing her message, and hearing Guy Rodgers lay out the strategic plan for ACT! for America, I went home that night and doubled both my one-time contribution and my monthly contribution.

As I told Guy last Tuesday, I've never been involved in an organization like this before. I've never given time or money to an organization like this before.

But ACT! for America is different. I'm a retiree, and I've been around the block a few times. And I can tell you this -- ACT! for America is the real deal. If you had the opportunity to see what I've seen in just the few months I've been involved, you'd feel exactly as I do.

You wouldn't hesitate for one moment to do whatever you could to help out.

I've come to understand there's no national grassroots organization committed to fighting the threat of radical Islam that has the vision, the strategy, and the leadership ACT! for America has. It is indeed our best hope.

And that's why I offered to send you this letter today.

But I'm hoping when you read this you will catch just a glimpse of what 350 of us saw last Tuesday night. What Brigitte and Guy shared was so powerful that the feedback about the meeting has already reached as far as New York!

Perhaps you're like me. Perhaps you've never been much involved in an organization like this. But as I've come to realize, if there ever was a time to get involved, this is it. I'm doing this for the sake of my children and my grandchildren.

I don't have any experience asking for money. I'm just a concerned American retiree who knows a good thing when he sees it. And ACT! for America is a good thing. A really good thing.
