Dear ,
Arizona’s executive leaders have conspired to conceal their discovery that 98K to 148K registered voters with unverified citizenship status and a history of voting for two decades without detection, blaming it on a computer glitch.
On September 10, Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, Attorney General Kris Mayes, and Governor Katie Hobbs had a 40-minute phone call. The call revealed an epic failure to prevent non-citizens from voting in elections. All three expressed more concern about avoiding negative optics than performing their duty.
This call was a direct admission of the state's failure to maintain a clean voter roll in compliance with federal and state laws, confirming fears that non-citizens could cancel out the votes of 100,000 legal voters. How many new non-citizens were added to the rolls since they took office and left on the books?!
Arizona’s Corrupt Court System. Hobbs then suggested taking the issue to the courts, hoping to use the cover of the courts to wash her hands of the responsibility. Predictably, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that “disenfranchising voters” so close to the election would “violate due process,” which contradicts HAVA federal law but is a ruling too late to be tested in higher courts. How can an illegal voter be disenfranchised? It’s the Arizona Courts that have, time and again, disenfranchised voters!
The state executive leaders should have immediately broken up this list, authorized the County Recorder to conduct the federally required DHS inquiries on smaller lists to identify and remove all non-citizens. The Secretary of State should have submitted and removed non-citizens incrementally regardless of when this discovery happened. Again, you can’t disenfranchise illegal, non-citizen voters!
Governor Hobbs referred to the situation as "dire," worried that conspiracy theorists could use this failure to cast doubt on the 2020 and 2022 elections, which already faced scrutiny.
Attorney General Mayes expressed concerns that removing these voters from the rolls might trigger accusations of rigging the 2024 election, fearing optics more than failing to enforce the law.
Fontes refused to notify the 98,000 voters, saying, “I have no intention of notifying them that they have to scramble around when the state of Arizona has been providing them full ballots all this time." He also cited federal law, falsely claiming that states are barred from purging voter rolls within 90 days of an election.
Reportedly, a significant power struggle is at play, with Hobbs, Fontes, and Mayes all eyeing the Governor's seat in 2026. Fearing optics and fallout more than failing election security, they decided to leave the door wide open for significant voter fraud this November.
Don’t let these executives escape justice! They are guilty of knowingly allowing up to 148K voters to commit election fraud and conspiring to cover for them! Demand that this list be run through the DHS to determine how many voters are non-citizens and the extent of their misfeasance, nonfeasance, and maladministration.
Call on our lawmakers to launch an immediate investigative hearing and determine when these officials first became aware of this list and whether they advised any members of the state legislature. I am calling on you to determine how many new non-citizens are potentially on our voter roll and immediately report this number to the public as soon as this data is known.
Call on lawmakers to hold them accountable for not performing their duty to maintain our voter roll and for their failure to immediately run this manageable-sized list through the DHS to get an answer in a week or less to determine if and how many of these records were non-citizens and to perform their duty to immediately remove these records according to state and federal law to prohibit non-citizens from voting in local, state, and federal elections. They didn’t need the court's permission to remove illegal voters!
Arizonans must expect and rely on executive leadership to faithfully perform their duty and protect our sacred right to vote shall not be infringed upon!
