Biden’s student loan forgiveness program has been deemed unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court in recent rulings, yet persists in its defiance of the law. By bypassing Congress and the courts, President Biden is effectively socializing higher education costs for select voting blocs on the backs of taxpayers benefiting a broad spectrum of public servants, including state and government workers, teachers, nurses, social workers, and firefighters-a largely unionized public sector.  

The Department of Education has devolved into a weaponized, partisan entity, allocating appropriations unlawfully in a bid to court specific voting blocs on behalf of the Biden Administration, boasting of "historic steps" in student loan forgiveness is a blatant disregard for the rule of law and the principles of accountability and transparency.
