ACT for America has been actively involved in helping pass more effective election integrity legislation in states across the country.
Through our grassroots activism working with their state legislators since the 2020 election, ACT For America has helped pass eighty-four election integrity bills.
These bills include removing deceased people from voter rolls, voter identification requirements for both in-person and absentee ballot voting, limit use of drop boxes, and expanding early voting. In addition, legislation banning or restricting private funding of election administration passed in twenty-eight states, baring elected officials from sending out unsolicited absentee ballot request forms, reducing the amount of time people have to request an absentee ballot, and giving legislatures greater control over election administration.
